Not enough letters
Only one Y which for happy birthday was a bit of a shame. Lots of other letters and two Zs but not great for happy birthday sign 🤔

Great but be cautious might need to buy extra letters couldn’t wish my friend a happy birthday as her name had a y and there was only 2 in the pack.otherwise perfect

Missing parts
I've recieved the light up box but it was missing the letters and numbers. They very kindly sent me out a whole new box Inc the letters and numbers. Thank you very much
