Medical Grade Stainless Steel Gua Sha Scraping Massage Tool - IASTM Tools Great Soft Tissue Mobilization Tool

I am a Physical Therapist Assistant (11 years) who had knee replacement surgery 2 months ago. I work in an outpatient setting and utilize an expensive set of "Rock Blades" IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) tools. This $10.00 Gua Sha tool has the right surface area and contour to break up myofascial restrictions (knots) of quadriceps and calf muscles and to break up keloids of patent (healed) scar tissue along with several smaller areas of the body. Perhaps for the transverse fascicles of the fingers. It was highly beneficial with providing desensitization of distal quadriceps during flexion range on the bike and during sustained stretching and general relief of discomfort during down time. I highly recommend this inexpensive and well made tool for anyone seeking relief of tight sore muscles and for the professional looking for small, lighter tool to keep in their pocket.

Different than the one my physical therapist uses but it does the trick. I also got the same gel that they use. Definitely needs either gel or clothes underneath to be effective.

This thing is amazing. I have shoulder/back pain, plantar fasciitis & ankle pain and this thing just goes in deep into the muscle to get out the knots. It’s the feel good pain all the way

I am extremely pleased with this purchase. It has already helped to releave the tendonitis in my Achilles tendon and has helped in calves as well. It is easy to use and easy to hold!

This has great weight and hand feel and is most like a professional Graston brand tool. I returned it because it was too big to use for my knee issues. Sadly anything else I’ve bought that is the right shape for the knee area is not the quality of this item. Had I not had to pay returning it, I’d buy it again.

If you know how to use this tool it is incredibly helpful!! I use it all the time on my feet and legs (runner). It helped me get over my PF! Hoping it will also help with Shin Splints!

I do a lot of weight lifting and this is my go to tool for my chest, arms, shoulders. Keeps me sore free! Best investment you’ll make on self therapy!

This is a pretty decent scraping tool. It has good enough length to cover the entire quadrecep, or hamstring area. I wish it was made a little heavier, but for the price, and only using it on myself, it works very well! I have been a massage therapist for 20 years and have found that guasha/graston techniques are very beneficial for scar tissue, iliotibial tightness, forearm overuse issues, and so forth!

This Gua Sha tool is perfect for what I was after! I am a beginner and this tool fits perfectly in my palm, has a good weight to it with a bevel that gives a firm edge without being too sharp. Feels cool and heavenly on the face and I can use this for body massages and it is compact travel/kid friendly! Love it!

. My favourite tool for fascia release to help recovery and push harder at the gym. Pop on a movie and massage, love the shape, smoothness and finish. The rounded edge is perfect. Amazing tool !!!!
