This stuff was great after a hard workout. All that pain you get from lactic acid build up after a workout, this stuff made it go away. I would just take it before I went to sleep at night and the next morning, all the pain and stiffness was gone

One of the best tasting proteins i've had and the quality is excellent! i'd highly recommend!
