Old school production brush
This is one of my all time favorite old school brushes along with the purdy pip and nylonia brushes. Being a pro extra, it is a little stiffer than the XL brand which is great for cutting in and being 7/8 thick, it holds a ton of paint for extremely long cut lines. This brush is great for cutting the tops and bottoms of walls, around windows,door casings and all exterior work, not for delicate indoor trim. I would recommend this brush to anyone who wants to do a stellar job in a timely manner.

Purdy makes a good brush. Good to see they haven't let their quality drop like so many other companies out there have. As long as Purdy keeps making quality products, I'll keep buying them.

Ancient brush sent.
The brush I received seems to have lived a very long and fruitful life. However, it is pretty unacceptable that this is what was sent. The brush is so old that the purdey markings are gone, and it is encrusted with old paint. On the plus side, it looks like someone got a lot of use out of it, just not me. Will be returning.
