The Pencil Grip Writing C.L.A.W Grip,1 Pack ,Medium, Assorted

These pencil grips are very helpful for my 3 year old who likes to hold the pencil how he wants to hold it. He can actually put his fingers in the correct holes (when the grip is on the pencil) all by himself. They show him how to correctly hold a pencil and also help make him no push so hard. I can already see his muscle memory working when he picks up a pencil without the grip.I've used these grips in my kindergarten class as well and as a teacher I love them!

Awesome product! I wish there was more than 1 in a package because we often lose this one. I think I thought there were supposed to be at least 2 for whatever reason (maybe the picture) and I have 2 kids that need work on their pencil grip...

These are cute and I could see where they may be helpful if you have a child with larger fingers who need a little help tidying up a messy handwriting. But for my 6 year old, they are a little loose and she just doesn't find them useful. Good concept though.

Buyer beware, not as pictured, also the other reviewer is incorrect, the web-site does not show the quantity at all, and a box is shown implying that there are more than 2!. The package comes with just 2 plastic caps! I would buy the 36 in bag writing claw - it is a whole lot cheaper at < $1.

These were highly recommended by the occupational therapist for my son to learn to grip his pencil right. With this aid, he is able to hold the pencil the proper way. Highly recommend!

I teach Kindergarten and this is a great tool for kids who are having trouble holding their pencils correctly. Can fit on regular-sized pencils as well as jumbo and also crayons; size just right for pre-k through about 1st or 2nd grade (I ordered medium). I didn't know if I would get a tub or a single claw -- ended up getting 5, which was great for the price. Shipping costs were outrageous and jacked the price up high. These are not heavy and don't need a special envelope, so I didn't get why shipping inside the US was $8.00.A good, durable, useful product for anyone who is working on pencil grip with youngsters.

Very disappointed. This item is very thin flimsy rubber. I know my son will have it broken in no time. I know it's flimsy because I bought a regular pencil grip for my daughter 27 years ago and she still has it, this pencil claw will be lucky to last a week. Although a great concept, I wish it was more sturdy.
