Not A Game-Changer, But A Welcome Addition
I've used nootropics extensively for ~6 years, starting with choline stacks and messing around with racetams and others (Bacopa included).The ingredients in this are all part of my usual stack, so in lieu of taking 7-8 caps per day, I can just take this, so that alone is a huge time savings.My body accepts it well, and the effect is limited for me, but noticeable - which, compared to most others, is a large accomplishment. I do get some minor stomach irritation with it, but nothing crippling or painful to the point where I notice it the vast majority of the time. This is like due to the concentrated dosage of B Vitamins, which I've taken in the past, but on their own can give me jitters.The primary ingredients seem authentic, as the feelings from the TeaCrine and Bacopa are common with me, and BeHerbal has a good track record of their caps containing their specified ingredients - which is a huge problem in the nootropics field and the lack of FDA regulations for supplements.If you're unfamiliar with nootropics, PLEASE, try all of these ingredients individually before taking a complete stack such as this one. If you're allergic to specific ingredients, you can find out which before ruling out everything in the bottle, and can get an idea of what feelings to expect based on each ingredient and how they'll affect you.UPDATE Mar 2019:I've taken this on and off for a few months now, and so far I'm able to tell when I've had it, compared to when I haven't. There is most definitely a ramp-up time associated with this, and for me it seems to be about a week to reach peak effectiveness, with a ramp-down time of only 2-3 days. Again, these observations are for my own body; everyone's experience will be different.To add, after the first few months, I started taking Noopept (orally or sublingually, separate nootropic entirely). I think this may be my new favorite stack. I've ALSO taken Noopept individually in the past to mild effect, but in tandem with Mindmeld, it seems to work much more effectively.

Cheaper than buying capsules of the individual ingredients BUT expires in two months
For just the bacopa monnieri (Synapsa), citicoline (Cognizin), theacrine (TeaCrine), phosphatidylserine, and the piperine (BioPerine) it would cost me about $0.80 per serving. At the time of writing this, the per serving cost of of MindMeld Gold is $0.40 per serving (2 capsules). That's an awesome deal and I don't have to take as many capsules.The only con, is that the expiration date on my bottle I ordered and received at the beginning of September 2019 has an expiration date of 11/2019. That's two months away. If that is how far ahead on expiration dates they continue to deliver to customers, the most you could ever buy is two bottles at a time (60 days worth). Kinda disappointing since I'm currently taking something else but wanted to try this as a future replacement but it appears I will need to use this very soon. This isn't a deal breaker but just an fyi to anyone who likes to stock up on things.

great introduction to citicoline
i felt the effects of this great supplement right away asclearer and steadier focus and thinking all day. i havemoved on to a less expensive one, and i am so gratefulthat is was available for us to get a great start on abetter life.

Works very well but experience side effects
This works very well for focus and clarity without any caffeine. I absolutely loved the effect I got from it. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it because overtime the phosphatidylserine proved problematic for my estrogen levels. I wish there was a soy-free PS version.

Overall good product
Bought for $5.99 and did not expected much. But the product turned out to be very good in quality. The availability of this product is a concern. You won’t see any reviews or available other places expect Amazon. The price is now $18.99 which I feel not worth

I can't tell
I am not sure if this is doing anything for me. I have been taking it for a month but i do not feel any different really. Almost like a damn placebo :(
