Easy set up !
I always thought it would be difficult to replace it. In the past, I always hired professionals to do it. First try, not so good.
This thermostat control is not the identical replacement part for the brand "deep fryer", but the specifications are close. After installation, it did not power on the heating element, even though it does click like it is switching on. The seller is sending a replacement, and I have shipped the defective one back.
