I have been writing with my Montblanc roller ball for years. I tried this product for my pen. While the refill fit nicely in the barrow of the pen, the writing quality has been very poor and in consistent. I have tried to write on different type of paper with similar results. I even tried replacing one refill with another but the results were the same. When I have written, the pen does not smoothly move as I write, compared to a real Montblanc refill. Also, the ink did not flow smoothly from the pen to the paper. I would write and some letters would to be formed by the ink. Thus, I would have to go back the "correct" the missing letters on the paper.I would recommend that if you want to have a Montblanc writing experience with your Montblanc pen, use only Montblanc refills.

Very disappointed in the poor quality of this ink refill. The refill does not properly fit my Mont Blanc. It is usable, however, is like a millimeter too short so it does not properly stick out of the end of the pen as it should and makes my pen look like garbage. Also the quality of the tip is junk and gives inconsistent ink flow. Do not buy these.

Pros: This ink fits perfect for my Montblanc.Cons: I have never seen such a low quality ink. I just installed the new cartridge today and I want to throw them out already. My Montblanc cartridge crewed in effortlessly. With the Jaymo, I have to really twist hard to get the ball point deep enough that it protrudes sufficiently to write. I suspect the threads aren't quite the same. Luckily the threads on the cartridge are plastic, so I don't think I'm doing any damage to my pen by forcing these cartridges in there.

Even though I use Notes a lot on my iPhone, I still write on paper a lot. It always bothers me that every two to three months, I have to buy another refill for my Montblanc. I searched Amazon and ended up with this refill. The price tag was great comparing to Montblanc's. So I decided to give it a try. I loved the feel of writing. It is very smooth. The only thing I didn't like if I have to choose is this refill sticks out about 1/32 to 1/16 inches longer than the original. Other than this, it is just a perfect alternative for people who write a lot like me. Highly recommend.

I liked that enough information was available on the website to assure that I was able to get the right size refill for my particular Montblanc pen. I also like the action of the ballpoint, and the look of the ink. The price is right- very reasonable, in my opinion. In short, I'm completely satisfied and I will get my next set of Montblanc refills from Jaymo.

This ink cartridge is for an old Monte Blanc pen and has been really hard to find. The website had very good images and dimensions for the cartridge so that really helped my selection process. The cartridges arrived quickly and really exceeded my expectations. The ink rolls easily and cleanly so it is perfect.

Arrived in good time. At first (two days or so) all is good. Then suddenly they become scratchy and only really work if you hold the pen vertically. Holding it normally at an angle causes much less junk to flow if not none. Twisting the pen sometimes helps but this is not a realistic ongoing solution. I am now on my third one from this pack and it’s happening again. Wish I’d paid more for the genuine refills. Poor alternative I’m afraid.

Whilst there is an element of 'you get what you pay for' these refills aren't really very good (ink stops & starts with a splurge) and are also a lot thicker than other Medium refills I have used. 0.7mm vs 0.5 which is quite a bit so if you are used to a 0.5 and that suits your writing style then these aren't for you.

Really poor. Sold as a good alternative to MB own. You get what you pay for.
