This is a revised review after the first one I wrote upon delivery back in May 2019Complete piece of junk. Ready for the trash & only 8 months old.Metal stability bracked in undercarriage snapped, wooden frame has cracked in several places, bolts all loosening despite a re-tightening, & the wooden parts moans & squeak. It's near impossible to close up.I'm a man that hasn't abused this piece of furniture & weigh under 200lbs. Good grief :(Look elsewhere is my advice.

I bought this chair in preparation for neck surgery. I am so glad I did. This chair is supremely comfortable, soft, easy to get in and out, doesn’t consume a large amount of space in a room.I’m 5’11. My feet do not hang off the end of the foot rest, however; my head isn’t fully supported when the chair is in the upright position. It is when the chair is extended for lounging. Overall the chair maintains 5 star status.I am pleased with my purchase. This chair came 4 days ahead of schedule! Win!

I bought two of these and have only had them for a week, but my husband and I both LOVE them. So do our 3 pugs. My husband wanted a recliner and I wanted a rocker to rock our granddaughter in, so we both got what we wanted in this matching set. They are big and comfy chairs. My husband is on the taller side and so he doesn't have as much neck support while sitting up, but he uses a throw pillow behind his head and is just as happy. I'm on the shorter side and I can't touch the floor with my feet if I sit all the way back in the chair, so I use the other throw pillow behind my back and rock the baby that way. Overall, we are very happy with these chairs. There was no smell or damage during delivery.

This is the most comfy chair ever...I bought the matching sofa which is great also.

While the chair is comfortable enough, I don't think it will last. I got this chair a few months ago to rock my infant son. It is ok for that. However, w my 2 toddler sons also wanting to rock in the chair, it has a noticable away left to right now. My husband is going to check to see if some screws can be tightened to reduce the wobbly shaking. However, I have a la-z-boy rocker/recliner, that I have used almost 24/7 - for 4 years - which still looks and rocks like a brand new chair. Save the time and money - just get a la-z-boy for not much of a price difference.

Not a bad chair but very difficult to close. All in all worth the money just a real PITA to shut it.

By far the most comfortable recliner I've ever sat in, very glad I made this purchase. Unfortunate that a couple of people who have bought this chair complain about foot rest being hard to retract. I f you are an individual with VERY weak legs you shouldn't try to deter others from getting this chair- not every one has VERY weak legs. When in the reclined position just rock forward and close foot rest with legs at the same time- easy, even for the ladies. If you are elderly or have VERY weak legs, get a power recliner. By the way i'm an average built 55 yo man.
