I take these every day. They have helped my shoulder so much! I started taking these over a year ago when I injured my shoulder and I still take them.

It's to early to tell if its working. I like the pill size makes it easy to swallow and no bad after taste, however I dislike having to take 4 pills. Haven't had any joint relief yet, but it's only been a couple of weeks and it take at least a month before seeing true results of the product. I will try and update when I've finished the bottle to give true feedback.
