Fiebing'sProfessional Oil Leather Dye 32oz English Bridle

I have been using Fiebings Pro dyes for years, and cannot recommend them enough.The color is consistent from batch to batch and just as, if not more important, the color doesn't change if you apply more then needed.Fiebings has 2 lines of dye. Leather dye, and Pro dye.Fiebings leather dye dries faster than the Pro dye (30 min vs up to 24 hrs).BUTFiebings leather dye gets darker and darker if you reapply or use multiple coats. This makes getting a consistent color tricky depending on the size of your workpiece. One spot is darker so you reapply in the lighter are and now that area is the too-dark portion.Not so with pro dye. Add a second coat or touch up and it dries to the same shade.Leather dye dries the leather more than Pro dye, but that is not really an issue as you should always oil or condition your leather before you place your topcoat on your workpiece.This dye delivers more consistent results and is your best bet.

I'd like it a lot more if it was cheaper. It's still a lot better deal than the small bottles and it beats running out half way through a project.It's my favorite color of leather dye.
