Eye opener
I am almost finished reading How Not to Die. Very good book with every being backed up by specific research. Everything is sited. Really has opened my eyes and makes eating animal products very unappealing. I have just begun to eat the way he recommends. The NO added fats is what I find the hardest to follow. There is a lot to learn. I have begun to feel better energy-wise. I have had a hard time with my digestion and having a LOT of belly pain. I previously ate a lot of salads but maybe it takes some getting used to eating this much more fiber., I don't know.....I have a cousin tackling her health issues with alternating keto/carnivore. Her labs are perfect, she has lost weight and feels great. I wish the author of this book would debate some of the dcos that approve of the keto/carnivore way. Makes no sense why they too get great results. All very confusing to me.

Only need 2 of these books
Love the books except the body reset book. That book uses meat and dairy as the other 3 books are opposed to it. Dosen't make since to include it with the other 3. I would recommend to buy top 2 books as they are the most educational ❤
