When I had a lesson they use these impact tape so show where you are hitting the golf ball It’s great to use when I practice

Initially I thought these didn't work but the realised I was consistently hitting the ball off the toe of my club and actually not making contact with the sticker. I'm a beginner and pretty terrible at golf. These have definitely highlighted my errors, if only they could tell me how to rectify it lol. Top tip, remove them immediately after use or they become quite tricky. They are also quite big so although perfect for a wood, you have to fold them over irons. As im rubbish this makes no difference to me

At first I thought they were not working but then suddenly they produced a jet black image of where I hot the ball which was REALLY useful. Occasionally they again seemed to be not working and I found that the strike needs to be pretty hard and I think they work by the ball sliding slightly across the face of the club? When I got it right and did a good hard straight hit no image was left? My driving range ball dispenser washes all the balls regardless of the weather. When you hit wet balls the label goes all mushy and can only be removed in bits which can take ages.

It shows you where you hit the ball. Simple and easy. It works on irons too. Useful training aid. Peel and stick to the face of your driver and hit a few balls. Each label good for 5 to 8 shots. It works on irons too. My daughter was impressed when she used it (age 13) and it's good visual feedback for beginners to help then learn grip and club strike. Lo tech as all the best training aids are.

The tape is very useful for seeing exactly where on the clubface you make contact with the ball. Either off the toe producing a nice draw or off the heel for for a bad shot. Ideally of course it should show up out of the middle of the tape which coincides with the sweet spot of the club. Great golfing aid whilst also providing a good deal of fun and interest from fellow golfers!
