love it
i have been using this now for a few weeks. I find the flavor and the way it mixes into the water great, some others leave bits on the bottom of the cup this doesn't leave a lot. the taste is nice and for the price i found it to be one of the most cost effective.

Smooth and taste fool. Recommend!
This is second time I purchase this product. I tried multiple matcha powders and I always come back to this one.The powder is very smooth and thin. It does not. Bulk in small balls in the bag, it remains as powder. The delivery was suppose to be in a month but packages do arrive quickly to Ireland.I do drink matcha instead of coffee and I would recommend this powder!

Decent matcha, but false advertising
This is obviously not ‘ceremonial’ grade matcha, which commands an extremely high premium - twice the price for half the weight at least.Nevertheless, beyond the obviously successful marketing ploy to fool westerners into thinking they are drinking the best version of matcha, it’s decent, average matcha.

Not the best, but nice. It is real matcha powder, full of some nice nutrients.
The media could not be loaded. Normally matcha powder isn't the good stuff if it makes me sick, if it makes you sick then its a bad matcha batch or it doesn't come from Japan, this one is definitely from Japan, it had a smoother taste than the culinary one, so it is ceremonial grade, and it tasted fresh, not the best matcha I have tried in my life, but it is good.Seems to be at the correct price, though if you can find quality matcha cheaper for the same then go for it. Matcha should be a deep green, smell of a fresh forest, and come from Japan, as the best Matcha tea in the world comes from Japan. I've never tried better matcha tea outside of Japan put it that way.If the green is dull, and it tastes really bitter, you either have the culinery type matcha made for cooking, or you have a bad batch and then there's matcha tea that comes from Countries that use pesticides that cause you to feel sick when you drink it.I made a nice 1-2g of matcha in a cup, hot water not boiling about 70oC max blended in with either a blender or crushed with a bamboo matcha utensil that grinds it in the hot water, If you use boiling water you will destroy the nutrients in the matcha tea, I would say 70-80oC max less temperature will create a more mellower flavour, but at 80oC it would be deeper flavour.I would say any more than 80oC it would destroy more nutrients. It's much like cooking foods, higher temperatures will destroy the vitamins and minerals in them. I make the best matcha tea made with almond milk or milk of your choice, I add some matcha powder to a cup either 1g or 2g which is about half a teaspoon to a level teaspoon, then add a little hot water, mix it in good to create a little froth, then pour in same temperature of milk 70-80oC of your choice, this poured in will result in a smooth sweet taste of matcha with froth on top.Matcha is a more stable energy source than coffee for longer, and it doesn't cause jitters, but it still has caffeine in it so shouldn't overdose. 1 or 2 cups a day they recommend from all sources. So I can have coffee in the morning, and 1 matcha cup a few hours later, or vice versa, seems to be healthy for me because both coffee, and matcha have unique antioxidants, and are healthy for the heart, and brain in adults, as part of a balanced moderation diet.P.SMatcha tea contains 19-44mg per 1g of matcha tea give or take. Just google/startpage.com the goodness of matcha tea, it's quite healthy, especially for someone who is active, and any matcha tea can be used in cooking, and baking.

Not ceremonial grade Matcha
False advertising by seller/brand! Described as ceremonial matcha grade but standard average grade. Ceremonial grade matcha is the highest grade matcha which is sold within months of harvest with harvest dates listed on packaging usually & it is processed differently to standard matcha hence has a very deep green colour. This is NOT CEREMONIAL MATCHA! Taste, smell, the appearance nothing is of ceremonial matcha. Received this as gift for my birthday & was disappointed because it is advertised as ceremonial grade. Not value for money

Horrible green sludge
Have had Matcha in the past but not from this supplier. I just couldn't drink this stuff I'm afraid. Matcha is a minefield unless you want to pay a lot for it. Its gone in the bin, fifteen quid down the swannee. :-(
