I was having trouble finding an aluminum perforated sheet pan, so when I found it here I was really happy!At first, I ordered just two - to make sure that this is indeed what I wanted, and once it came (and I used it) I ordered two more.It's the best for baking cookies, and if using with a perforated silicone mat - the result is simply perfect.Also useful for baking tarts/pies!

Having purchased many silpat molds, this item was a necessity. It provides a nice rigid base in which to put the molds on and take things into or out of the item. Having the perforated surface is what really helps with even baking throughout, whatever I'm making, whether that is a savory dish or a sweet dessert like muffins or tarts. Very nice thick aluminum.

Bought these to replace my old brown ones. I was worried they wouldn’t be the same quality but I was wrong. They are very high quality and have worked great! I would definitely buy again. They fit my mats perfectly. Just like my originals.

Alternative products for baguette baking trays for better price. I used it for baking moon cake too.

Great product! I think I used this exact tray during my Le Cordon Bleu class. Since I don't have a convection oven, having this kind of tray was the best alternative for my convention oven, and the difference compared to a solid base tray was drastic. My pastries and bread all come out with a more even brown crust. I would recommend this to anyone!

Put frozen pizza on it thought it would give me crispy dough, but cheese went over and worked like crazy to clean it.
