It cuts
Bought this for one specific job - to drill out a broken screw nail in a cast aluminum side crankcase cover on an old motorcycle. Got everything in the milling machine lined up and clamped, turned on the mill at 4100 RPM, its fastest speed, and started drilling. This cutter went through the broken screw nail like it wasn't there and left a perfect hole for the replacement screw nail. For those not familiar, a screw nail has a head like a nail and very coarse threads along the shaft, kind of like a little barber pole, maybe one thread for each 5 diameters of the shaft. Tapped in with a hammer, it cuts threads as it travels downward and rotates.

Great end mill for CNC Router for detailed work.
Great tool. Still running it in my X-Carve with DeWalt 611 and pushing it pretty hard. Several hours on it in ABS, Acrylic, Pine and Walnut. Still going strong. One of my favorite bits for detailed work. Highly recommended for this price! .050inch cuts at 30 inch/min all day long.

Very good quality!!
Bought for hard steel and was a bit skeptical after reading reviews from people who broke it on brass or wood... Now I understand that these people just don't know what "feeds & speeds" mean :) So buy with confidence, quality is very good (Was cutting hardened steel - Glock barrel!)

broke on the first cut...

Sharp!
I've cut wood, cast acrylic, and delrin with this so far and still going strong. Partnered with a DWP611 and my Shapeoko 3, I suspect this will last a good while if treated right.

Broke after a few seconds.
Worked fine for a few seconds cutting a slot in some ebony wood. Then it broke off. I haven't used end mills this small before so this may be expected, but I thought it would handle wood better than this.

I tried...
I ended up destroying 3 bits one after another trying to cut a profile in a .04" brass sheet. Followed the specs published on the website, used the suggested feed rate and rpm, and yet they all snapped on contact. I was using them on a Laguna CNC router. It seems that the suggested feed rate is way too high. I guess I could try more but at ~10 bucks a pop this experiment quickly gets expensive.
