One of the globes was broken; not feeling very confident Overstock will send a replacement.
Good: The light post unit arrived earlier than promised and is very attractive. Our electrician found installation to be typical for this type of project.Disappointing: One of the globes is broken. I called Overstock to request a replacement. The customer service representatives dutifully recorded my problem but could not give me any information about how or when the situation would be resolved. I fear receiving a replacement globe is not going to happen quickly, if at all.Update: the replacement globe must have shipped immediately after my call. Impressive customer service after all!
