This book is great!!! Very easy to follow instructions and very tasty food

I love the idea of cooking, the problem is that it doesn't come naturally to me. What I like about this book—beyond the gorgeous photos and introduction to the Argentine approach to food—is that most of the recipes don't require a million hard-to-source ingredients or involve too many steps. It makes me feel a bit more confident to try my hand at more complicated dishes. The first that I tried was a silverbeet pie, I even made the pastry from scratch. It turned out great and was a hit when it debuted at a potluck. Really glad I bough this book. I can't wait to try the other recipes.

I like this book. It is beautiful and the recipes are close to authentic. I can live with some of the strange changes to traditional recipes. HOWEVER, do not add cilantro to Chimichurri ever. Argentines never do that because cilantro is not an ingredient found in Argentina and those of us who live abroad are offended by its addition to this classic sauce.

Great recipes, story and pictures

I love this book. It has excellent quality. It is beautiful and brought a beautiful style to my brand new coffee table. The pictures are awesome as well as the recipes. There’s no way not to love it!
