Yes, boys is a heavier gram weight and is made slightly different. The boys brief is a 1x1 rib knit, where the girls panty is a lighter jersey knit. Both boys and girls are 100% combed cotton.

25 lbs. There is a gap in the leg gussets when he sits but otherwise they fit. Definitely room to grow though. 😆
