I tried three pairs of dance shoe. I ordered an 11.5 and it fit like an 11.5 shoe should. It's a ballroom dance shoe, so it has suede on the bottom. Definitely not an outside shoe. But a perfect dance shoe. It has the easy hook so you only do the threading one time. We put the strap wrapped around the arch then buckle. Super easy for my 6 year old to get on snd off herself. And the black looks so great with her Syllabus competition black.

I have ordered about 8 pairs of these shoes in various sizes in brown and white color for my daughter. First time I ordered, the sizing was tricky, I think they were too large, so I ordered another smaller pair and let her grow into the other once. The sizing has been fine since then.

My daughter attended a summer dance intensive which included ballroom. These shoes were perfect. I did have to return a pair for the next half size up, but Amazon makes that easy. She is only six and was able to manage the buckle herself.

I’ve got those for my daughter- big girl size 7, the biggest size for kids , but they were too short and too narrow. Wanted to order Women size, but they have only Narrow. Otherwise, very soft and flexible shoe, good quality, good support . Overall run small

Sizing is a joke!I ordered size US 13 cause that's the size my daughter wears, maybe even closer to size 1.It arrived and it was HUGE! Very wide as well. Dancing shoes are supposed to be tight enough to provide comfort but stability.The EU size under said 32. I know for a fact that 13 US is NOT a EU 32.I figured I'll go a size down. I ordered size 12 given that 12.5 isn't even an option. Now it's WAY too small.Size in EU under says 30. So 1 size difference in US is 2 sizes difference in EU? Apparently my daughter is 31 EU but hey, that's not even an option. It doesn't exist.I took out the measuring tape to figure this out.Size 12 is a bit over 7.5" or 19.5cm long.Size 13 is 8.5" or 21.5cm long.Well, obviously there should be a size in between. Checked the size chart and it doesn't even make sense, it's like they just threw numbers randomly.Through another Latin shoe size chart it says that 8.5" or 21.5cm is US 1.5 size.I'm so confused, while my daughter, for the 3rd week of dancing doesn't have shoes.I'm returning these and I'm not even going to bother with it anymore. Definitely DON'T RECOMMEND.Additionally, the first pair came in a nice (plain) box, but protected. The second pair was just in a flimsy plastic bag.Quality seems fine, but if there's no reliable size chart, or even available sizes, you'll end up like me, confused, frustrated, and p!ssed.Save your money and time, find a different shoe that you can find a size that you can actually keep.DON'T BUY

Very comfortable dance shoe & is well-made

These were perfect for my 8 year old daughter’s salsa class. They seem like good quality, fit as expected, I love that she didn’t have to actually buckle them, it was quicker and easier for her to put them on especially during shows where quick changes can (and did) happen. The ability to quickly fasten them was necessary. However, after only 3.5 months of use (once per week plus 4 winter performances - maybe 15-20 issues total) one of the buckles recently broke during practice which is disappointing. Up to this point they had been perfect.
