I only wear these hipsters as they are comfortable, non-binding and leave no panty lines. The material is soft, crotch is cotton lined. Be careful when ordering, as there are 3 styles available- these are the ST-62.

A little loose around the top; no elastic. I didn't think these would stay up, but they do. Seems to run a little large.
