I purchased the MP-300 ozone generator in 2019. It operated fine for four months and then died. I was told to send it back at my expense for repair and, despite their one-year guarantee, I was charged $172 to replace several parts and it was returned to me at my expense.The repaired unit worked for only four weeks and died again. I was again required to return the unit at my expense, I was informed that several additional parts needed to be replaced but they would do so within a few days. I heard nothing further for five months.After sending a further inquiry, I received a phone call from the owner, who was unpleasant and difficult to understand. I was told they would have to order the replacement parts (inexpensive switches) from the manufacturer in China and would be charged for the second repair as well. When I protested the additional repair costs, the owner said they would ship the unrepaired unit back to me at my expense. I told him to keep it.Based on my experience, I can not recommend this firm or their products. The generators are junk and work for only a limited period of time, there is a constant churn in customer service employees (I dealt with three different people), and the owner is rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. Caveat emptor!

I have owned an Environmental Purification business in the past and have been using Ozone machines for over 20 years. This one is well worth the money is the most flexible of the dozen or so I own. It is an effective water purifier. With the built in air pump I can use it to make oxygenated water and take chlorine and impurities out of city water before I drink it when I'm on the road. Drinking ozonated water will keep you healthy and clear your head, as well as give you energy. It can be used to take pesticides off fresh fruits and veggies. It will purify your spa or hot tub, mine came with two stones and tubes.It is an effective air purifier, it has a timer and a level controller which adjust the internal Corona Discharge so it can be used as a oxidizer to remove chemical and organic orders, kill mold or mildew, purify nasty hotel rooms and bedding, or even take the smoke smell out of a home that caught on fire. Amazing, OZone is what the sun makes and without our world would be covered in mildew and fungus. We would not live very long in that time of environment, OZone is also produced by lighting which is the ultimate Corona Discharge and is the reason it always smells fresh and clean after a lighting storm. OZone gets a bad rap due to folks who don't understand it in California who call "Smog" "Ozone" nothing could be father from the truth.OZone could never hurt you because you would never be able to stand it at a high enough level. At high levels it smells like chlorine and would burn your eyes and nose so bad you would have to leave.This unit has adjustable levels that allows you to use it as an Oxidizer or an Air Purifier. I have recomended it to several friends and family. The 3000 is big enough for all but commercial use.Get this machine and a couple books on Oxygen and Ozone Therapies and live a long and healthy life in a very polluted world.

The media could not be loaded. I use it for my endless pool E550 to clean water. It works very well.

This generator never brought our water past 200. We have a 5500-gallon pond and had the ozone in the top 500 gallons of the pond. I used it 100%, 24/7, and never achieved any more ozone than 200. Our water never cleared, and then it abruptly quit this week. 5 weeks after we first plugged it in! I didn't use a dryer right away, and although I ordered it at the same time, I didn't receive it. As soon as I got it, it was added to the generator. Lots of money down the drain, and from the other comments, it cost more to have it repaired with shipping to and from than it would be worth.

My unit wouldn`t even turn on. Green light on front never illuminated. Instructions didn`t include any trouble shooting section and is mostly just warnings about ozone, which I found kinda strange and dubious. I returned it the next day and was issued a credit within 24hrs, so the seller is fairly courteous and reliable. I guess I just received a defective unit. Oh well...
