Mo Deck Non Stick Mower Blade / Deck Spray 11 oz for Mulching, Commercial or Reel Mower

My Husband used this product last year on the under deck of his zero turn. It worked great! He ordered more for this year.I was not home when he used it. Our garage is attached to the house, and when I arrived home and pulled into the garage, I could smell it immediately. Even in the house with the door shut, I smelled it. I have shortness of breath and this affected my breathing. We then opened windows and the overhead garage door and it was quite awhile until the smell dissipated and I could breathe easier.There is a warning on the can about vapors causing irritations to eyes and skin, etc.

I cleaned the mower deck thoroughly first. Applied one coat and let it dry. Then put on a second coat and let it dry. Cut the grass and amazingly very little clippings were stuck to the bottom. A quick hose spray and all was clean. I put on another coat of Mo-Deck. We'll see on the next cut.I also tried coating a cat litter box. Results are mixed. Clumping litter sort of releases easier. Then again, Mo-Deck is not meant for cat boxes.

I have not tried this on a mower, sorry. I bought it because some of the comments I found suggested that it worked on cement mixers. It did not work for me at all for that purpose. No fault of the manufacturer. However, be sure you use this in an open ventilated area. The odor is similar to spray paint and you don't want to breath it.

I cut 2 acres of waist high grass with my riding lawnmower and afterward the bottom of the deck was dirty but no grass build up. i was impressed with the product but the fine print is I have to reapply. I am interested in how long can I go before I have to reapply. I am happy with the purchase.

Sprayed it on the under part of my deck and it really took care of the problem of the grass and dirt building up

Keeps my deck, clean and efficient

Power washed deck, scraped, power washed again. Applied MoDeck heavily.Just did not work. After two cuts had to clean the deck again.
