After looking everywhere for counter-height bar stools, I found the Christopher Knight Collection on Amazon. We did a complete kitchen remodel last month, and we wanted stools with an industrial/farmhouse look. I ordered three of these stools, and they look fantastic. The worn look gives them so much vintage character. I was a little concerned that the wooden seats, and the lack of backs would make them uncomfortable. However, they are extremely comfortable. The swivel seats and the ability to adjust their height are great features. Compared to similar stools costing twice as much, these stools are much more sturdy and attractive. The price was unbelievable. Thanks Christopher!!

I got the barstools with the natural wood top and black distressed frame. I like that the entire frame is welded. I compared a lot of stools based on price, appearance and height. These are adjustable which I prefer. Most bar height stools are too low for me. I wanted a black metal framed, wood seat stool. There are a lot to choose from. I finally narrowed it down to two. This one and one made by Ashley. The Ashley had a tubular frame. Mine is square and looks sturdier and higher end. The cost was about $60. each which is a really good price. The stools arrived well boxed and fully assembled.The only complaint is that one of the tops was stuck in two different spots when I spun it to raised the seat. Once I got it past the rough part of the "screw" it spun easily. The other stool didn't stick.

These are very nice, adult sized barstools that come fully assembled. No screws, all welded steel tubing. Very rustic looking.

There are quite a few of these on Amazon from different vendors. While the style is essentially the same the wood seems to be the only variant appearance wise. The wood on these have more of a weathered look to them which looks excellent. Also I have read reviews of other stools that say the seat will have quite a bit of wobble from the seat screw. Happy to say there is little wobble on these. Sure, there is a slight wobble but nothing that would be called poor design or inferior parts. One has a slight wobble from the legs due to being slighly crooked but aging nothing major. Legs also come with plastic feet to minimize scratches on your floor, but I would still recommend buying felt pads. Also was surprised at how sturdy these were especially at the foot rest. Does not feel flimsy. Overall, if you are looking for this style of stool, these are made very well.

Very nice stools if you like the rustic vibe, the wood color of the stool does wear off with just a few uses though. I tried buying another one since I ordered two originally but the price went up by $40 a stool in just two months! I'll try my luck later on but I refuse to pay that much more for the same stool. Update 8/12/2020I ordered an additional stool from the first two that I bought and I was very disappointed. Right away I noticed it was not the same material. It is about 5 lbs lighter than the first two I bought last year and you can tell it was a cheaper version of it.

I didn't know till after I received it that it contained a prop 65 warning. Probably would not have bought it if I had known prior.

Outstanding chair. Smooth height adjustment and swivels easily on demand. Larger than normal footprint for the seat top than I envisioned, but after using it I couldn't imagine it any other way. Stain comes across a little darker than pic, but not by much. The weathered look reminds me a little Restoration Hardware feel. The metal band around the side of the seat top (where the decorative rivets are) has some gaps in parts, but it doesn't seem to affect its stability and most importantly it doesn't cause it to cheap. Solid all the way around.

Really pleased with these stools. Come already together so no messing with flat packs!! For the money they are brilliant. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻
