Did a lot of research before buying.Ticks all the boxes:1) Very high quality2) sturdy and snug fit3) adjustable weights are a godsendHighly recommended.

Great product, good quality
Only dislike is that the stitching on the weights is loose. The iron sand in each weight will spill out if the stitching is pulled slightly. I solved the issue by sealing the stitching with araldite so it wasn't a huge deal. But it would be nice if future products are stitched well and tight.

Excellent product
wanted to add resistance to my pull-ups, push-ups and squats. Perfect addition to my workout kit.best part is I can reduce the weights if the load is too much. Perfect !!.

If you do body weight exercise and want to increase the intensity of exercise then u should go for it.It is comfortable and u can easily move your arms overhead without any discomfort while wearing this vest.. but the price is bit high.

Good one to practice for Trekkers and Mountaineers
If you are into trekking and mountaineering then this one's for you.. I have been practicing uphill climbing with this vest and it helps me fine when am in the mountains.. Equally balanced and has the exact weight one needs to carry in the mountains...
