(Renewed) Sony MDR-XB55AP Premium Wired In Ear Headphone with Mic (Black)

Bought the refurbished headphones but pleased to know that they were almost New and only the Sony sticker showed that they were opened otherwise it was perfect and everything was in the box. They work perfectly and super for listening to heavy bass music

pros:1. balanced profile unlike the Sennheiser cx275s, which has too high a treble.2. sturdy build quality, wires are thick and serrated, resulting in no tangling of wires even after squeezing the wires with hand to stuff into some storage area.3. angled earbuds enable sturdy fixation in the ears.4. L jack, so less chances of loose connection in future, at the jack area.5. the audio volume is high, which should be expected from a product priced this high.6. mic works as expectations.cons:1. 'extra bass' is just a marketing gimmick. i can hear only normal bass from this phone.2. sound clarity is good, but not enough for a premium offering. (The Sennheiser cx275x scores very high in this regard, owing to its high treble .)Overall, the absence of 'extra' bass just slides the points lower, considering the original price of ₹2000, but if you are getting this as a refurbished product, then its worth every penny.

Ordered after reading so called detailed reviews by sound enthusiasts....Used Sennheiser CX 180 for six years staight... was in love with Sennheiser's sound signature and comfort.Unfortunately CX 180 got discontinued and needed a new pair.After reading so many positive reviews and detailed praises...To my pitty OCD lead life... this is the most irritating piece of tech I have ever used.... can't even use it for 10 minutes straight.. Makes my head go dizzy for using it for even 10 minutes. Spund signature is like everything is scaled up... like boat or something other Indian brand is on steroids.Nowhere near Sennheiser or Marshall's sound signature.

Trebles are not chilled, bass is not in deep.Mid range is dominating both bass and trebles. Not satisfied regarding audio quality. But build quality is excellent.

Every one is telling that these earphones were good for bass but what the reality is that these sony xb55ap earphones are sounding and producing bass like branded1000rs earphones like jbl,sennheiser,etc.These are not worth enough for 2000/-.However you like to purchase these then I suggest you to go for Amazon renewed I received a renewed product which was almost looks like new but very little scratches that you even couldn't notice.renewed product value is the best value for the new sealed product in terms of price.
