Excellent sound quality, but many accessories were missing.
Sound quality is good with balanced bass. However, almost all the accessories were missing from the box (reason for 3 star rating). But the earphones were brand new.

Terrific buy
I’ve never been a huge fan of the SoundMagic E10 design. The coloured L/R earpiece parts; the “go faster” style stripes – they’re just not to my taste.Regardless, the SoundMagic E10C continue in this vein. However, I do quite like the use of metal earpieces. While they won’t stop the cable connection from deteriorating if not looked after, they’re far more likely to survive being trodden on than a cheap plastic earpiece.Rival Sennheiser earphones at the price are all-plastic. Some earphones use a metal sheath over a plastic shell, but the entire SoundMagic E10C frame is aluminium. The cable is braided, although a PVC outer casing gives it slight knobbly appearance and feel.Comfort is much the same as budget IEMs from Sony and Sennheiser. The SoundMagic E10C have fairly wide aperture, standard silicone tips and perch happily on the outer part of your ear canals, rather than digging in as far as possible.Their formula is simple. The SoundMagic E10C have an extremely populist tone. They pile on some extra bass to achieve a full, rich sound, but also offer a wide soundstage and decent treble detail. You get big fun bass, but also enough high-end flavour to conclude, within two bars of music, that these earphones are easily worth their money.

One of the best earphones in this price segment.
The product delivered was damaged in the first time. Got it replaced. The replaced product is good as new, not even touched. The earphone is good. If u need a bass boosted earphone at this price get skullcandy smoking buds. If u are going to buy a new headphone not refurbished one, Then i would suggest better go for 1 more single driver earphone at that price range, it is best if u can afford 1-200 more.Overall...if u want a decent quality with perfect blend of bass treble crispiness...and all that under a tight budget this refurished product is for u.

Seems like a geniune product!
The packaging was "rekt" so I didnt have high hopes for the product, but then it was for 999 only. I will highlight the negatives 1st for then skeptical people, the earbuds were missing (I have like a freaking ton of eartips so I didnt care), The cord is still crooked in places far more than I would like (I still know that the cord is durable cause of the kevlar lining.)Now coming to the positives:1. The sound quality is almost as same as the new pair. I owned an original E10C, it was 3 years old and still was solidly built. I had to give it away to my dad as he needed it but then I found this one. The quality feels as good as the original one I owned. The left bud's metal cover is dent (seems like a deliberate poke with something hard) but doesnt affect the quality. I am thinking this may be a bad review job as well.2. The mic and the buttons are fine. And also the jack seems like it hasn't been used much, the gold plating is still intact, mine went away like after 2 months of use, I come to think that it has not been used that much afterall.3. Rest everything is as same as the original pair of an E 10 C would be. I am pretty satisfied so I reviewed it before the return period ended. :P

Best earphones under 2k.
Regarding refurbished :Go for this blindly, this doesn't look like a refurbished one. This looks completely new only the box is opened. No signs of wear or damage. (Could be a returned one by a customer). And it came with all the extras as described( Adapter, buds clips). You are getting for about half the price of new one.Regarding sound quality:I tried with both this and Sony XB-55AP as both are the close competitors in this price range. And I found this is the best, though Bass is little bit on lower side sound quality is way better than the Sony. Sony misses the soul of music which this one has. If you are a basshead you might find Sony the better one. But for poeple whose priority is sound quality, observes minute things in music this is the one.

Better choice for Gaming
It's a better choice for competitive fps Gaming. I meanlike if you wanna buy headphones lower than 2k ,then remember quality is pure crap , and after trying many budget earphones i guess if u save some money and buy this earphone it would be much better trust me.It comes with-6 ear plugsAnd a splitter tooSo you don't have to worry for the mic ,it's awesome crisp mic

Worth every penny !
People are having mixed reactions on refurbished Products but I'm impressed !The box was a bit dirty and puffed but hey, it's just a box !The headphones are in perfect condition. Nearly brand new ! Also, I got all the accessories. ALL OF THEM !Initially sound was meh, but then the bud didn't fit me well, so I switched to my Zenear buds and the sound quality became AMAZING !I Have owned Soundmagic es18s, Asus Zenears, Sennheiser CX275s.ES18s was good, but treble was okZenears were excellent, but the wire quality was ultra cheap. Clarity was slightly below these e10cCX275s had good treble but bass was a muddy messSoundmagic e10c has an excellent soundstage. Guitar strings sound too good to be true. Bass is tight and controlled.Lastly, these suit almost every genre of music, Classical, Pop, Rock, Instrumental. They shine everywhere. At 747 Rs this is an absolute steal ! I'm serious, get then before stocks run out !!UPDATE:After 3 years, the left side is starting to fail. This is THE longest lasting earphone I ever purchased. Not like it's going on sale again(discontinued), but great to see reliability this good

Gottem in New condition! But extra earcaps were missing.
Recived a damaged box as you would expect for renewed products, but the earphones themselves were in brandnew condition kudos to that! The sound quality is just amazing! As you would be expecting.Only thing bad was it was missing extra earcaps as you would get from buying it new, as the size of earcaps they came in didn't fit me too well I ended up getting replacing them that cost me 50rs. So if anyone is buying a renewed product for first time expect a working product with something missing or some scratches etc.
