Lazy spa
Absolutely fab hot tub, lots of space for a swimming 7yr old! (plus parents). Super easy to install and maintain. Brilliant size, very comfortable when sitting. Excellent purchase.

Excellent Spa
This spa is awesome was recommended by a friend, it reaches up to 40 degrees in temperature and is such a luxury for the garden. You will also need to purchase the chemical set clear water spa, and its worth buying extra chlorine and dip tests.

Great tub
I love it although you actually need a fair bit of other stuff to keep it going. The instructions aren't that great for aftercare so its worth looking online. And I would absolutely recommend you clean your filter every day or it makes it overheat.

Making lockdown better
Holiday cancelled, can’t go out, so bought a hot tub. So much better than I thought it would be, very sturdy and plenty of room for me the wife and 2 young kids. Only down side is it takes a long time to heat up.

Good
I was easy enough to assemble once watching You Tube. Needs two or more people and to have an outdoor main plug. Lovely when up and running need to buy cleaning chemicals sperate.

Great start but soon went to dissapointment .
After our initial delight with our lazy spa it went away for the winter packed carefully as per instruction Manuel .On getting it set back up after winter we discovered it was deflating slowly .We had to reinflate it each time we wanted to get in the tub .This became a real annoyance so I tried to contact lazy spa .The warranty doesnt cover punctures so I did not think it fair that after less then a months use it developed this leak .The pin prick size hole we found between the the liner and outer wall of the tub is a puzzle. How could it be a puncture when it is between two layers of the tub and so tiny we had to use soapy water and a paint brush to discover it .I don’t have the tub situated anywhere it could be punctured y anything and it has been handled carefully. To say I am dissapointed with the product after buying it is putting it mildly .Bestway have not been forthcoming with any suggestions to help .I tried to buy a new inner but they are out of stock always ,very frustrating situation ,I feel I wasted my money on it .

This must have a good electrical connection or it will not work
Due to electrical circuit problems in the domestic electrical system which require a qualified electrician to overcome, we have not been able to use this. It is best to have a dedicated power supply to ensure that this will operate safely
