Good ingredients, good taste.
There are a lot of negative comments about these bars, which I have trouble understanding. The comments address different flavors, so to be clear I use the coconut lime and can't speak to the others. I find them to be very tasty, and I like the ingredients a lot -- particularly the fact that they do not contain any "natural flavors." For those confused by deceptive marketing, natural flavors only means by government regulation that they "derive their aroma or flavor chemicals from plant or animal sources including...leaves, buds or bark that are distilled, fermented or otherwise manipulated in a lab. See, NY Times, Feb. 1, 2019. They can come from sources like paper mill pulp liquor, the chemical molecules of which are easily manipulated. Some people find them crumbly. Well, yes, that's from the soluble tapioca fiber which is good for you. Others are concerned about the inclusion of honey. There are only 2 grams of sugars, including 1 gram of added sugar. Try to find any bar with less. For example, RXBARS contain 15 grams of sugars. I like to add one of these bars to a meal where I want some additional protein, such as oatmeal with walnuts or pecans. All in all, a good product.

Keeps me full, good texture and flavor, perfect for night shifts
I bought the coconut lime just to try it along with the peanut butter one. The peanut butter flavor is absolutely horrendous. I don't know what flavor it was, but it went into the trash immediately. I purchased several bars from several companies, storing leftovers in the fridge for another day of testing, but the peanut butter didn't make any sort of cut. Good thing I bought a single bar at the local health food store before making a bulk purchase.I've been on the search for a good protein bar and the coconut lime in this brand is the only one I will purchase. It is a dry, cookie type texture that is a bit crumbly, but does not fall into pieces before you get it in your mouth. You have to break it apart. The flavor is pretty good. I do not really taste the coconut at all, but it has a nice subtle lime flavor which I enjoy. It does tend to stick to your teeth a little bit, but it is not tacky. I usually have mine with coffee. It keeps me full for hours. I wasn't trying to find a bar that is a meal replacement in any way, but I don't find myself wanting more. These are great for when I work night shift. Some people think the bar is too small, but I am ok with amount of product for the price. Overall, good purchase and would purchase again in the future.

Will purchase again
Taste good for what they are. I can’t expect them to taste like a candy bar because they aren’t one. These are easier to chew than the other protein bars of this brand. A bonus. However they are a little smaller so not as filling. I will definitely still buy them again.

Simply delicious!!
I LOVE these bars. The flavor is like a perfect, healthy bite of key lime pie. I’m full, energized, and feel good after having one as a bridge snack, and there’s no weird aftertaste. Highly recommend!! Look forward to trying the peanut butter and almond spice flavors.

moistened coconut flour?
The coconut flavor is good, better than the almond spice. The texture is really odd.

now Almond-meal in ingredients.
i like Primal Kitchen Food products. the Coconut Lime protein-bars are one of my favorites. the flavor seemed slightly odd. there was an aftertaste. it just so happened, i recently came across an old wrapper (2019) of Coconut Lime and matched the ingredients w/ the new wrapper (see pic). PK has added almond meal to the ingredients. which bumped up the calories by ten.i knew the taste was off ... glad to hv come across the old wrapper from last year. clearly shows the additional ingredient. not that almond meal is bad, most likely used as a “filler”. a good filler nonetheless, but, not too keen on the flavor now.
