In this book osho has talked about everything from Nonviolence , awareness sex ,food everything and clearly explains how a seeker has to work on each aspect of life to be total in everything. If you are planning to buy then read it with an open heart and mind.It will help you to change many old life patterns and give you a new dimension of living.
