The photo clearly shows a CRANE OEM part, but the part is actually a copy made in Taiwan. Why do these manufacturers and sellers not clearly label their products and save us all the time, money, and disappointment?

I thought I made a mistake and ordered this twice, but I was right, it only came with the flapper, not the adapters or the chain....both times...really annoying!!!!
