This book is an excellent reference book. A "Go To" book when having problems. A+ for this book.I also bought "System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Mastering the Fundamentals" for training myself, as I'm just now learning SCCM. (I have first edition, get the second edition) That book gets a B+ as it's well written, but does have some gaps. Given my purpose of learning the subject, even the gaps are helping me.

I cannot raise my finger in any area of this shipment. Everything was just perfect. I am happy with the product and it's shipment.

I was new to SCCM when I bought this book and wanted something which added detail and structure to the plethora of online materials. I found it to be exactly what I wanted: easy to follow, well indexed, thorough and with a logical layout. It's the first book that I've had in the 'Unleashed' series, if they're all this good, I won't be buying Microsoft's own publications again as lately I've found them to be poorly edited and inaccurate.

Alles genau erklärt was man wissen will. Sofern man Zeit hat das Buch so genau zu lesen. Auch hier war mir wichtig mit englischen Begriffen zu arbeiten. Damit man (in der Firma) eins zu eins weiß wovon die Rede ist. Von Sammlungen zu reden, während in der SCCM admin Console eigentlich "Collections" gemeint sind erfordert zu viel Umdenken, da wird der Lernfluss gestört, also alles englisch. Ansonsten steht alles für die genau Administration erforderliche drin, bis auf genauer erklärte Software Deployment Beispiele mit Dependencies. Ein komplizierteres Beispiel mit allen Möglichkeiten angeschnitten wäre nicht schlecht, damit man weiß was alles möglich ist. Einfache Software Deploments kann jeder..Auch das Einrichten des Report Editors hab ich im Internet genauer beschrieben gefunden. Aber SCCM ist eben einfach eine wahnsinnig umfangreiche Software und was im Buch behandelt wird ist auch so schon der Wahnsinn. Deshalb 5 Sterne!
