The product itself is great, but we have received them a number of times basically damaged. They appear to have been heated. The taste is terrible and the sugar has crystallized. Since we can return them we have to throw them out . We will be looking for a new source for this product

When I opened the box I thought we had received something worth a lot of money. The four containers were in separate bubble wrap envelopes & all of those were wrapped in more bubble wrap. What a professional way of wrapping & shipping a product. I will definitely reorder from these folks.The actual product we have been using for many years & it is excellent.We started take Airborne when Covid started & continued to the beginning of June because we ran out & I forgot to reorder. Guess what??? A week later my wife and I both got a whopping case of Covid. I’m not say this is why we got it but you have to admit it is quite a coincidence. Thank you.
