This tray is almost exactly what I’d been searching for! It’s a beautiful piece with smooth lines, natural wood tones, and a dark stain. I wish it was a tad more natural in color instead of the deep stain but it’s still gorgeous! I use it for my “go-to” items near my stove but could easily see myself using this as a serving tray, salad bowl, or even to incorporate seasonal decor. I love the touch of wood in my mostly white kitchen. It feels like it grounds the space. I highly recommend this tray and am already planning on gifting it for a housewarming gift.

What is the thinner lightweight ball than I anticipated for the price

Beautiful tray that has many functions. Gave it to my kid as a gift as he was moving out for the first time. He says he's used it to keep all the pieces and tools of his IKEA project together, as a table top for his drinks on the bed, and as a general trinket collector.
