Good comfort and cold resistance used it in kedarnath where temperature was 6 to 7 dgree it was good

Item was not as per requirement wrt size. AMAZEN person come to pick up the item but gone back saying price tag missing ,item can not be collected by him. We received no price tag with the item.Item is lying with me un used and non usable.Instead of size 85 cm, our requirement is size 95 cm.What to do ???Pl help. with collection/refund / replacement.
