Nutley's Water Slice Sponge (Pack of 4)

I have been using these in my pots, tubs and urns for about 10 years and they are the most tremendous help in retaining the water - peat free compost is lousy at holding onto water so every bit of help is very useful.

Great for if you are away for a weeks holiday or don’t have time to water every day. They can be rehydrated by leaving them in a sink of water and reused. I still need to pour water once a week on my pots that are in direct sunlight

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY IT WAS WRAPPED - NOT IN A BOX OR PRESENTED NICELY FOR A GIFT. HAVE NOT HEARD HOW WELL IT WORKS.

Very good to ensure you keep your plants alive, if you are like and forget to water them regularly! Great for when you go away on holiday too! I wouldn't use anything else now.

I was skeptical about these but they do really seem to work. For once my hanging baskets are lasting with very little attention from me.

Did ask required, went away for 2 weeks, hanging baskets all dried out, disappointing.

Have tried one so far - good but haven't allowed enough time yet.

Have used before and very good much better than water crystals. Have found hanging baskets can go up 3 days without need to water.

Wasn't expecting much when the product arrived but soaked the sponges for three hours as instructed and then put in the bottom of hanging planters that are in a covered area so don't get much rain. This product seems to absorb enough water to get through the dry times much better than the "crystals" I had used before.

This is the coolest invention ever. Now plants in my hanging baskets won't die if I forget to water occasionally. That's fantastic in 100 degree weather!
