Poor customer service and Safety Issue
The media could not be loaded. Purchased this charger with adapter in January. Wire broke with in 45 days. This adapter is for a Braille Note Apex (Visually Impaired Person). I understand that I was past the 30 day window for return so I sent an email too vendor and they would only send me another if I paid. Very poor quality wiring and dangerous for a blind person. Definitely would not recommend

Be sure to secure the adaoter cable so it doesn't get separated from adapter and lost
The charger is fine and with the adapter fits BrailleSense Apex devices, BUT the adapter cable can easily slip off the charger cable and be lost (without it, the plug on the adapter will NOT fit the Apex.) so I use strapping tape lengthwise to hold it securely in place and black plastic electrical tape around the adapter connection to conceal and protect the strapping tape. I recommend this to anyone who is going to use this with the included adapter cable.

This charger is incorrectly labeled and is for the wrong product
I'm not sure if the seller just isn't aware of what a braillenote apex is, but this charger is wrongly labeled. This is a charger for a braillenote empower, not for a braillenote apex. I repeat, this charger is not for a braillenote apex. Please do not purchase this charger if you do not have a braillenote empower. This is for an apex. Please revise your description for this product as it is incorrect.

The seller is falsely advertising this item, DO NOT BUY!! THIS IS NOT MEANT FOR THE BRAILLENOTE APEX! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Do not purchase!
I just bought this charger because it said it was for Apex and also for MPower, which I have an MPower. Well, the adapter cable that came with it didn't fit my MPower jack, but the actual charger part did. However, I left it go for a while and it would not charge. It wouldn't do anything, so now I'm looking for a new charger. I wanted to get one from Humanware, but they told me they no longer carry products of older versions of the BrailleNote, only for BrailleNote Touch and BrailleNote Touch plus. I would not buy this charger.
