I was diagnosed with breast cancer and the nutritionist I consulted specifically recommended this brand of protein shake for me because it has the cleanest ingredients compared to other protein shakes. And I needed protein to help me through surgery, chemo, and radiation treatment. I love the taste. All the flavors are good! Vanilla bean, Creamy Chocolate Fudge, Iced Mocha, even Strawberry (if I wanna feel like I'm 10 yrs old again, haha). Various sellers on Amazon sell them at different prices, but $9.50 for a 4-pack of chocolate or vanilla is the lowest prices I've found whether in local stores or on Amazon. Overall, good price, good nutrition, great flavor.

Hands down....this is the best tasting shake I've tried. And I have had several. It's clean, the flavors are fantastic! I have had the chocolate and strawberry & cream in the nutritional shake. Both are very good. Have had the creamy chocolate fudge in the clean protein shake. Love the grass fed protein. Highly recommend them. They have a plant based option for those who prefer them.

Overall, Orgain makes some of the best ready-to-drink protein shakes out there in the dairy category. The ingredients are organic, the milk protein is from grass-fed cows, and the taste is delicious.I have tried almost every dairy and non-dairy protein shake out there. The vast majority of them taste terrible, are not organic, have artificial sweeteners and contain questionable thickeners like carrageenan, an inflammatory substance. The Orgain has small amounts of locust bean and gellan gums, which may or cause a problem for some, but I have not experienced any issues.The only two ingredients I wish were not in the product are brown rice syrup and high-oleic sunflower oil. The brown rice syrup because of the potential arsenic concentration, although thankfully the main sweetener here seems to be the organic cane sugar. The sunflower oil because it's a PUFA and PUFA's have inflammatory effects on the body. However, at least Orgain uses High-Oleic sunflower oil, which is a form of sunflower oil where the polyunsaturate content has been decreased and and the monounsaturated content has been increased. So that reduces it's inflammatory effects and makes it safer to consume. Still, if I had the choice, I could do without either the rice syrup or the sunflower oil.But on balance, this is a good product and has good nutrition, although at only 16 grams of protein per container, it will not be a good meal replacement on it's own. I'd consider it more of a supplement, or a really good snack.The vanilla and chocolate flavors are absolutely delicious. The chocolate is very chocolate-y. I never get tired of either of them. The strawberries & cream is also very good, although it has a slight chemical aftertaste. The mocha flavor is o.k., but would be my least favorite of the 4 flavors. I have the 12-pack vanilla on Subscribe & Save, as well as the 4-pack of the chocolate.

Delicious snack. Great for picking eaters and hectic schedules

So I have lupus and when I have flare ups, it’s difficult for me to eat. So I’ve gone days/weeks eating like a handful of grapes or a cracker or whatever, it’s tough. My boyfriend got me these on a whim one day so I could get some nutrition and I tell yku man I am hooked, I would drink these for fun if they weren’t so expensive. They’re tasty, they’re loaded, and they’re satisfying. 10/10 my favorite thing to ingest

I love this product. It's organic, it has lots of protein and vitamins. Meets the nutritional requirements for one meal so it's a great meal replacement when you're in a hurry or just want to lower calorie intake without compromising nutrition. It's also very tasty - especially served cold. I also drop in a few ice cubes to make it colder - something I've always done with chocolate milk. I keep several of these on hand to grab when I'm in a hurry or too tired or busy to prepare a meal.
