Having ordered a pair of shoes by this brand before I decided to order the exact same size in these shoes. They were at least a size and a half smaller and when I queried this, got the response that it was my foot that was the problem! My arch is apparently too high. Funny considering that I do not have high arches at all! My friend also tried on the shoes .who is the same size as me, and couldn’t get her foot in either. They refused to refund postage despite clearly mislabelling the size on these shoes. I would honestly avoid, poor product and terrible service!

These shoes arrived promptly and are a nice height for me. They go fab with my vintage 50's dress. A lovely navy blue! I'm going to purchase more in other colours.

I recieved these on Tuesday felt very comfortable and had a good fit. I wore to work on Wednesday (i have a desk job) then woree again on Friday but by lunchtime Friday there was barely any heel left it had worn right down. See photos these were at the end of day Friday.Really disappointed as for feel, look and comfort i was going to order more colours this weekend. Instead i have to send back and find new work shoes.

I ordered a size 6 as I am a 6 and the fit fine. The only problem is I have a high instep so the bar is very tight across my foot, that is the reason I have only given them 4 stars. Did not want to return them as I really like them, bought a couple of similar black buttons - didn't want to cut the buttons off - and some elastic and made a button extension. They look and fit lovely. Xx

In gold these are lovely shoes get a lot of compliments when wearing them. They were despatched directly from the seller and came beautifully packaged. I have tried to order a pair in nude patent but whilst they are sold by the same seller they are fulfilled by Amazon Fulfilment and are packed just in plastic bags, I am just returning my third pair that have come damaged. So be careful - if the colour you want comes directly from the seller no issue but if it is fulfilled by Amazon Fulfilment then I wish you luck

OK for stage wear. Good fit. Nice solid, well balanced heel. Needed an insole to be comfortable for several hours. No good for being seen up close as one shoe had a ridge running right down the front and the heart shapes were very distorted. They took a while to arrive so I didn't have enough time to send them back and wait for a replacement before they were needed.

I found these shoes to fit as expected as I had read reviews on them and decided that a size 7 would be best as I wear a size 6.5 and I put a half insole in them to take up the excess half size, it worked well. I wore them around the house and found that they were quite slippy on some floors, so I took them to the cobblers and had a stickon sole applied to them. I havent worn them again since though. I did find that the heel was a perfect height for me as I dont do high heels.

So disappointed with these. The finish is terrible not only wrinkled heels but the seams are coming apart and where the sole meets the upper they are bumpy and uneven. Shoe part fits well but I couldn't fasten the strap, the button is on elastic for a bit of give but the strap wasn't long enough to go over my foot, and no, I don't have fat feet! Definitely not worth the money, in fact if they were £5 I would still be sending them back. For such a good reputable brand I couldn't be more disappointed. The search continues!
