Day 1 was great, then went downhill
I'm a big guy and am recovering from knee surgery. I bought this about a week ago after doing a lot of research. I knew from past experience that many knee braces or sleeves slip, bunch, or roll down. After reading the design on this that it doesn't slip, I was over the moon. I waited with bated breath for the Amazon package to arrive. It was finally here. My knee would feel better, hurray. I put it on and it worked. Yay. But dark clouds were on the horizon.Three days after using it, is noticed it wasn't as tight as it was before. That's ok, maybe I was having an off day. Five days after wearing it, it began to lose shape like jello being poured from a container before it solidified. Now, seven days after being overjoyed, I am brought to tears. The sleeve and I are no longer friends. It decided it didn't like my leg and wanted to roll off and onto the ground. Maybe it works for perfectly proportioned people, but not for big folks like me. So now I'm off to physical therapy for the afternoon. Sad, depressed, and heartbroken as my friend the sleeve disappointment me like so many people in my life.TL;DR = Doesn't stay up, like the old guys whom the blue pill was invented for. I hope you enjoyed this review and it gave you a laugh rather than spending your money and being disappointed.

Latex-free?
I am allergic to latex and my decision to buy this knee support was based largely on its claim to be latex-free. I believe the claim to be true about the bulk of the item. However, where the top edge--which includes a wavy line of non-slip rubber--contacted my skin I developed a hot, red, swollen, itchy rash. The rash looks and feels like an allergic reaction to latex. The onset of the rash coincided with my first wearing of the product. So, is this product really latex-free? You be the judge. Beyond the matter of the rash, the product actually was making my knee injury feel better. I'm sorry to have to send it back.

WORKS GREAT!
May right knee is blown with no cartilage so in stead of knee replacement, I opted to try this and it works great! I purchased size XL (I am 60) and I wear it all day but do not sleep in it. Very happy with the purchase and I would buy it again. Not planning on running any marathons, but I bet now I could finish a race power walking!

I bought this for my wife, because she's been complaining of knee pain when she plays tennis. I purchased a compression braces from another seller one month ago, but it has an issue with rolling down, so I ordered one pair from FLEXUFIT. It now stays in place much better, and it's helped stabilize her knee and alleviate some of the pain when she plays tennis. The material is very breathable and feel comfortable when playing sports. I will buy one pair for myself.

Top Notch Quality
I never used a sleeve compression sleeve before but with my recent pain in my left knee (small meniscus tear) I felt I should give it a try after reading the literature about it. I was impressed with the description and construction of the knee sleeve from NeoAlly. Upon first use I noticed a definite difference in my knee whereby I felt the compression in just the right spot and did not feel any of the usual pain or discomfort during my daily walk/jogging. Material feels sturdy and is easy to wash. Definitely recommend this! Will be trying other products from NeoAlly soon also.

Love It!
From the moment I put this on, I felt a positive difference. I had moderate swelling that came out of nowhere that I'd been self-treating for about 1 week prior to ordering this sleeve. I did a ton of research & decided to try NeoAlly "1st" & return it if it failed me. It hasn't in nearly 3 weeks of daily use.I'm a nurse. So, I'm constantly on my feet. I put this sleeve on early in the morning for my 8-hr shift. Since the knee pain & swelling has subsided, I also continue to wear it for my 4-5 day/week gym sessions lasting at least an hour each.I rarely have to adjust the sleeve. When I do, it's more so out of habit than from the sleeve slipping.I definitely recommend & will be ordering another. BTW I have not noticed any odors from daily use so far.

It's not "plus"size
STILL looking for the right knee sleeve. Did the measurements as shown and was really hopeful this time, but when I tried it on it was still rather tight and kinda squeezed my thigh. It looked like a muffin top thigh, lol. I also tried it on with exercise pants, but it still looked funny. And about that time, I could feel it irritating my skin and it started to roll down a bit. I am not a big person, but I am also not stick thin, but again this just didn't work for me and it wass sent back the next day. I think I have given up on the sleeve search and will continue to use the kinesiology tape. Good luck folks!! :D

Misleading description?
Nowhere on the package of this product does it state that the "knee sleeve" is latex free. Although on the written description latex free is indicated clearly. This is an allergy issue, latex free is an important fact. Why is this information not stated on the product! Are we just suppose to trust that the Amazon description is accurate, I don't think so.
