Another Amazing Product
Well designed, not slippery at all. My boat lives outside and doesn't yet have a cover. This wax keeps the dirt from sticking for a full 6 months. Goes on easy, lasts a long time, works great, what more could you ask for?

A Plus!
Nice protection. Makes clean up easy, and not slippery. I wash the boat, rinse my brush and spray this one while everything is still wet. Then agitate it with a soft brush and back the boat into the shop to air dry. I have buffed it off and I’ve just left it for the next trip, and can’t tell a difference. Works great either way!

Works great on my boat deck. Not slippery at all.
I read many good reviews on a popular boating forum, so I decided to try it. On the non-slip areas like floors, just scrub the floor really well, let dry and then spray a light mist of wax. No need to wipe, unless you use it on the hull or smooth areas, as it will leave wax streaks in those areas. Makes the non-slip areas much easier to clean with a light detergent the next time.

Great product!
We ordered this to add to the back of our swim platform on our boat. We wanted to add extra grip to help prevent slipping while we are anchored out. We made sure to clean the swim platform before using this product.

Easy!! ....but
if this stuff works, it is a dream come true. All you do is spray it on and walk away. I am optimistic because it does initially leave the decks very slippery indicating that there is wax in the formula of some kind. I am assuming the slipperiness will go away and the wax protection will not. I am not exactly sure how to evaluate this, but having just applied it I am optimistic if I notice anything in particular over the next days and weeks, I will try to come back here and explain it. My nonskid is light gray, and this stuff does not seem to show in any significant way. comparing it to applying wax by hand and buffing It is a dream come true as long as it lasts a fairly long time, but then again, even if it doesn’t then new application is fairly easy.Ok, it has been a couple of weeks now and it still seems to be working judging by how slippery the non- skid deck is. In my case it is probably a good product for winter when I don't have to worry much about people slipping on the non-skid deck. In summer it would be crazy to use this.

Works as advertised.
Works as advertised. I lot less expensive than Woody Wax. So far it makes cleaning up fish blood, dirt, grim and any other stuff that gets tracked on to the white nonskid deck. The companion deck cleaner seems to do a good job getting deck clean before waxing. Little slippery when wet when you are applying it, but ok once it dries.

Lethally slippery if you don't buff it dry and would never use on critical traction areas
On the first application I nearly died just trying to get off the treated area. The trick is to apply as little as possible, to a clean, dry deck by spraying lightly onto a brush and scrubbing it into the texture of the deck, and then buff off as much as you can while being careful of the product-wet areas because they are like a greased floor until you can buff the product off. Even so, you will notice a distinct decrease in traction for deck shoes that are not super-grippy. Even so I will never use it in areas of critical traction like deck steps. I would have returned the product outright had not Starbrite's Customer Service responded to my inquiries of how to actually use it safely. And the jury is out as to how long it actually lasts. So, is it better than Woody Wax? Hard to say, since the instructions of apply-and-wipe-off-excess way undershoot the actual work involved.
