It is what it says
You can't really say much about shielded wire other than it is good or bad. This is good. I used it to run line from an existing outlet to a ne recessed outlet higher on the wall and behind a TV. It was actually a bigger gauge than I needed which didn't matter in the install and it was easy to work with. The circuit and the install were successful.
