I've used similar products from other sellers and this one is by far the best one. The quality is excellent-the netted area, the lock and everything is smooth with no rough edges. You can tell that this is not cheap quality metal. The clip and chain are the right length for a big cup as well as a small one, it fits well on the wall of the cup. They also sent 2 sachets of tea with the package.Quality, packaging, everything is 5⭐I'm enjoying my second refill on a green tea now :)

Good, but different from pic
I like the product, however the seller has put a photo which is different from the product recieved. The wavy cuts on the steel do not exist in the actual product which has pin holes. Also the link/chain is smaller and though may be all right for a cup or coffee mug, would fall short when used with a tall glass or thermos.

Got broken on the very same day I have purchased it. Big holes , I guess it only ment for green tea. I tried with camomile tea. Not satisfied.
