BRICKED!
Forget it...my original review was too early. Less the an year later its bricked. I thought it was the power supply, so I found another same rating, but no. It's bricked. Light use only. DO NOT BUY. I bought this mini pic in January, and it was 6% cheaper after current coupon applied. That's pretty high inflation in 4 months, and wonder if its due to tariffs. That said, after 4 months of use, I could not be happier with it. It is my first mini-pc and works flawlessly. I did have some trouble initially connecting bluetooth mouse and keyboard, and needed wired versions to setup the bluetooth (unable to point/click/key without the wired version). I bought it primarily for the value and the pre-installed Ubuntu, for programming work. (Unrelated to the Mini PC - if you do everything online I recommend dumping Windows and getting an Ubuntu system - the GUI is as good and the performance is much better.) This unit is fast, quiet, portable and compared to similar specs for larger computers or laptops, incredibly high value. You will need your own screen & keyboard/mouse but if you're like me, you already have plenty lying around.

Type-C port doesn't work.
It's a decent computer for the money. Eventually I decided to remove Linux and put Windows on it since I already have other Linux computers. Unfortunately, the Type-c port doesn't work. It appears the ethernet ports don't work either. I'm not too concerned about the ethernet because I primarily use WIFI. The fan is a little noisy too. The computer performs well and is now my primary computer. So far other than the minor issues above it's a good computer. I would recommend it, but would prefer they offer this with an option of Windows or Linux.

Works - but some gotcha's
Don't expect any support. CyberGeeks doesn't support machines you didn't buy from them. Buying from Amazon doesn't count - they are considered a reseller and resellers must provide their own support. Also, the OS vendor withholds security patches and other critical updates unless you register with them. If all you want is a working machine that you can maintain yourself it's not a bad price.

Nice PC but don't but for gaming.
This is a decent little PC; however, it not suitable for gaming due to its slow graphics performance. Additionally the RAM is DDR4, which is somewhat outdated. Overall, it is an acceptable, but I was hoping for better graphics., I will continue using my 10-year-old gaming rig.
