I already had the 8" so I knew what I was getting.I wanted the same thing but bigger and I got exactly what I was looking for.This pan is NON stick so Eggs slide right off and cooking is easy as you want it to be.Heating is even and you can use metal utensils (big bonus for my wife!)This pan is amazing and cost so so so much less than other pans I have purchased in which I was not as happy with as I am with this one. This pan is great!If I had any critiques it would be that the pan is a bit heavy but that is to be expected due to the material it is made out of.. also. the paint on the handle is starting to chip off. This doesn't affect the cooking or handle itself but it is of note.

LOVE these pans! You can cook anything in them and it doesn’t stick! I do NOT use non stick in these pans though. I only use oil I can pour in. I can fry an egg and flip it wish such ease since I bought these. They distribute the heat way more evenly than my old pans. 10/10 would recommend to anyone look for a great quality pan.

The best cooking ware. You don’t need oil. Food doesn’t stick and the clean up is super quick and easy. Food taste great and you can eat healthier. I need a huge pot made of this. I don’t think they make one.

After an approximate three year trial, I've reached the conclusion that this is a great non-stick pan. I purchased this pan for making omelets in 2019. It performed well, but upon using it for other things, such as cooking hamburgers and searing meat, it lost it's no-stick properties. Nevertheless, I continued to use it, diligently cleaning with steam after every use. After about two years, I stopped using it to cook meats, and began using it to cook only omelets.To my surprise, over time the carbonized surface from searing meat became sufficiently clean, and the pan marvelously defied sticking to cooked eggs. In fact, as a former Waffle House cook, I would say it is the best omelet pan I've ever used (note that I do spray the pan with a coat of oil before each omelet). I recently decided to bring home a second Zyliss pan in which to to only cook hamburgers, and I am very pleased to report that hamburgers are not sticking, at all, and both pans are getting along, just fine.

This is the perfect size if you're cooking up a single egg. With just a tad of avocado oil spray and the eggs never stick and it wipes clean easily with a paper towel. I'm a big fan of the ZYLISS cookware, and they are rated for induction cooking but I find they are particular as the the size of the burner you put them on.

I can cook fried eggs with no oil in these. They are amazing. Would give 5 stars, but I have to keep a screwdriver on hand to tighten the handles constantly. Have been using for about a year with no wear and minor discoloration. They are very lightweight, and I had to return the first set I ordered because they had become completely mangled during shipping.

Unusual to find nonstick pan that exceeds hopeful expectations... This is the one.My son's culinary teacher recommended these. My son bought pan set and loved it! After using pans for a while at home, he called and passed the word on to me. The pans performance makes it a joy to use.

This pan sucks with induction. The only way for it to heat up is to put the heat on the highest . I have never had this issue before with any other pans on my induction cooktop. Waste of money for this piece of garbage .

Estou mega feliz com minha panela antiaderente, pesquisei muito antes de comprar, conversei com pessoas que experimentaram várias marcas e no final, decidi por essa, achei os ovos ficaram mega perfeitos, acredito que valha a pena comprar com tampa, pois alguns alimentos precisam da tampa pra ficarem bacana, como os mesmos ovos, por exemplo. Os cuidados são simples, usar colheres de silicone, primeiro uso lavar com água quente e as demais lavagens também o que parece óbvio mas na prática as pessoas acabam não se ligando é sobre a questão de colocar a panela quente na água fria, não é recomendado pela durabilidade, ela pode ir na máquina de lavar louças e forno, mas ainda não coloquei, não sei se tenho coragem de colocar no forno, espero que ela performe bem por muito tempo! Após eu usar 8 meses Seguindo TODAS as orientações, considerando que pagamos um valor alto na panela, ela começou a descascar e perdeu a aderência, não recomendo.

Muy bueno el sartén, lo estrenamos con bosteces marinados que quedaron de lujo, no se pega, no se descarapela ni suelta olores.

Ich habe mir den Topf, wegen der langen Lieferzeit, nach langem überlegen gekauft und bin voll zufrieden. Durch den größeren Durchmesser kann ich sehr gut darin Kochen. Eine Überraschung war dass der Topf 10 Tage vor dem Termin bereits da war. Ich kann den Topf nur empfehlen.
