Endura Carbo Fuel - 1 Kg

I have been using Carbofuel for almpost a month and here's what i feelUsing it for Pre Workout supplement 30 minutes before my gym session. I must say it has improved my energy levels tremendously. I dont feel much fatigue either while doing additional reps, however it does somehow do not help in increasing weights; i think for that we have creatine powder instead.One more thing, I have started using it before my cardio training in the morning empty stomach, and this surely increases my running stretch . i use it 20 minutes before the cardio session along with a banana, then make another 200 ml for in between the sessions.BEST thing is that i feel energised long after taking it or sipping it, and it is not just like an energy boost for a minute like glucose, but lasts quite long.Overall, Product has no flavour, so you can add it anything, dont expect it be sweet like glucose, it is not.mixes very easily in water so quite handy.i use it sometimes after an hour of mixing with water, but surprisingly the taste doesn't change.SO will continue using this for another month and will update again

It's good for what it is at the right price. In India, can't trust what the label says, so who knows what's inside! But seems to taste like a carb shake. Label and dosing instructions are cheap, uneducated, and not clear... servings vs. scoops, how many grams are in one scoop, etc. The four stars are mostly because I already know how to use these types of products, and for the price.

Waste of money. It is white in color. Looks like coconut powder. When took it in my hand it feels like some sticky substance. No flavour.And one more thing that i does like to mention when i open the carton in which amazon sent this product. I found that bottle seal was already broken.

excellent work who want to increase stamina and weight too.. just use it with 2spoon on glucon d and 1scoop of carbo fuel .... very good product for gym and sports person
