Perfect!
Used this to stain a rubber wood bookshelf a light golden brown colour. Very happy with the result. Stained around 48 sq feet using half the can. Slightly expensive compared to Asian, Dulux, MRF etc but no other company offers the lighter shades that Varathane has.

Very good product, gives a very nice color to wood. Keeping 1 star as this is too much pricy than other stains available in local market

Too yellow. Not a spring oak color.
What's the point in buying a costly stain when you have to mix with more red to get actual color shown in picture. This stain is too yellow and doesn't resemble oak color. Waste of money. Use locally available stains and mix them to achieve the color, that's best. Also this has to be applied directly and can't be mixed with anything else.

lid on so tight could not remove and area around it is all black so inside will also be useless. just dryed out mess
