I've had an STS mounted to a Glock for a while now, and it works very well. I recently moved the sight to a Beretta 92, and I am left wondering if the design team for the mount even tried mounting it to a gun. As received, it does not work at all, and I had to modify it in order to make it usable.* The base pad is thicker than the Glock base pad, due to the geometry of the Beretta slide. But the set was supplied with the same length mounting screws as with the Glock. They could not reach the dovetail mount. I had to buy some longer screws and grind them to length.* The dovetail piece is too long, and interferes with the safety lever. It is impossible to rotate the safety to "fire" unless you grind the top of the lever.* The Beretta 92 features a firing pin safety. As the trigger is pulled, the safety protrudes up out of the top of the slide. There was a slot built in the sight base pad to accommodate this. However, it was so tight that it required an excessive amount of force on the trigger and push the firing pin safety bar upward through the slot. I had to open up the slot in the base pad with a file to make it work correctly.* The base pad covers the extractor retaining pin. So to remove the extractor, it would be necessary to first remove the scope and base pad. It could have been designed 1/8" shorter, or with a small cut-out and provided access.Overall the STS is a great sight, and I'm very happy with it... Just not on a Beretta. The Beretta 92 basepad for it needs a major redesign.

fit perfect on the sight and on the rail. my Cmore sight is 10 years old and it came with a carry handle mount which i no longer have any rifles with fixed carry handles. I have been keeping it in its case in the safe for years and seen this and was excited to use my old Cmore again.

Used this to mount a DeltaPoint Pro . Provides a solid melt but you must use longer screws than are provided in the kit comma for which I subtracted a star. Be sure to use blue Loctite on the three-quarter inch screws.
