This product is fake and tastes like glucose . I ordered it the second time because first one was genuine and was a good product .Amazon/cloudtail should look into this

Energy as the name says it it gives you kick to hit the gym and lift weights I live in Shimla where temperature in morning is 0 to 2 degrees and this thing gives me kick to hit the gym in cold cold mornings and work out insanely . And Amazon I am super impressed by the delivery speed

Great product. I usually utilize it during my workout and really gets me going. The day you start using it, you will feel the difference in focus, energy and intensity of your workout. It does what it claims, refuels your body during workout the best and keeps you energized and well hydrated throughout your session making sure you outdo yourself frequently to break your barriers.I like to mix 2 scoops (9 grams) with 500 ml instead of the recommended 250-300 ml of water because the taste although nice is a bit too strong for my palette.So far I have tried Blue Raspberry and Fruit fusion and both are absolutely fruity and great.

Received a fake product theres no logo(Optimum nutrition Logo) on the cap.So beware guys !

Product seal was highly suspect.Product itself is not genuine.Tried it back to back with a genuine item and there is a COMPLETELY different taste. It doesn’t dissolve into water the same - takes twice the time.

Its taste is something that I cannot explain, as grapes are considered a costly fruit, so does this product costs a little more then other flavors, but its worth it, you won't regret it, I am not sure about the energy it delivers, as the day I got it I am just having this as a regular drink, because I am going to GYM anymore these (neither I was earlier :p) but yes make sure you just pore little according to your glass capacity because its well string, I have ordered many products from ON and everytime I am surprised to see the quality, well thats why there products costs alot but in a long run you will feel happy with there products. Totally approve the quality and taste of this Grapes Flavor, just order it right now.

Thia is the first time i used a pre workout. I have never used a supplement excwpt occasionally taking protein. I felt the need as i had to push myself to complete the workout these days.This is a review just after one day use.After using this i definitely felt the change. I felr more energy and stamina. Thats because of the caffeine i guess. The caffeine per serving is limited to 100 gms only which is perfect and as per approved limit of caffeine intake.I dint feel any bad effects of the supplement as of now.I felt really good after taking it and pushed my workout with a lot of energy.The taste is a bit strong due taurine and caffeine in the supplement. It also contains amino acids including BCAAs.

The only thing that beneficial from this is that Amino Energy improves mood and boosts a little energy. First at all - it definitely improves mood - that is why i love it! I don't use this as sports or muscle pump up supplement but rather then as nootropic stuff for my brains! Believe or not - you can use this for your mental performance! I suggest to add 2 tee spoons to one cup of warm (not hot not could) water, stir it well, drink it and feel the mood as it rises up and lasts for many hours. Do it, repeat it 3 times per day, do not overdose otherwise you will not feel the desired nootropical effect.

This is slightly different from a typical BCAA with 2:1:1 or similar formula which focuses on L-leucine - the main trigger in stopping body in breaking down muscle and starts reparing / building. I won't start an essay on the difference of usage between natural food protein / Whey protein vs micronized amino acids, but know the main point of taking BCAA / micronized aminos is to spike a trigger, while more complex protein is for slow and gradual providing of the building blocks. This doesn't have a clear use, you can alter it by taking it in one go pre-workout OR taking it slowly thru a workout OR just a daily drink. I personally don't find it as useful for a more specific usage. In terms of amino acids for recovery and performance, this is a solid mid-pack performer. You can feel the difference, but it's not something that standout to me. This is coming from a long term ON fanboy who only buys Gold Standard Whey from ON and used multiple ON products consistently.Special note: This product has 100mg caffine + other stuffs per serving, a somewhat high ratio to amino acid per serving. Suggested 1-3 servings per use depending on intensity. But even on a hard one I personally don't want 300mg of caffiene - that's just me tho. For a BCAA product with less caffiene take a look at MuscleTech Amino Build Energized. Another brand I'd recommend taking a look at is RSP's lineup which are equally loved by serious lifters and females / casuals looking to lose weight.Good luck!

I purchased this product after doing a bit of research online. I use in the mornings as a pre work out before my morning run. I usually use 1 scoop dissolved in water and find this is plenty but you can use 2 scoops. I tend to take up to 20 mins before my run for maximum results. Great tasting. I’m going to try the blueberry flavour next.

I really like this product, My gym instructor, recommended it to me., my workouts are really good, with shiftwork it's hard to train. I can do two hours of high intensity.My muscle recovered well, I didn't get muscle fatigue, really good product, I believe I reach my fitness goal. but don't rely on it, it's a support product. you still mentally need work hard.

Bit of an after taste but I got used to it very quickly. Be prepared for the tingly feeling you get on your skin when it kicks in. But this lasts for a few seconds. Tingly feeling disappears completely after using product for a while.
