My previous Panasonic Iron Box which I was using for more than 10 years, developed overheating problem and so I searched for a better replacement. After reading many reviews for different brands, I chose to buy the Panasonic once again. It is working fine and heating is good for all types of clothes.I read some of the buyers complained about 16A Plug. They can utilise the iron box by using 16A to 6A converter pin easily available in the market.Only negative is Auto Shut off feature missing. Also the iron box could have been little heavier and the water tank capacity could have been little bigger.Other than the above, rest all are good and value for money product, compared to other brands.

Excellent Product
Panasonic steam press is the best. Quality is much better than other reputed brands and press is long lasting. Only issue is with cord which is not tangle free.

Disappointed
For the first three months its performance was good.After that the thermostat began to malfunction. ....Now it is not generating same amount of heat even in maximum level.....Creases are not properly ironed.....feeling very disappointed. .....Is this product original panasonic?

Excellent product.
Light weight. Irons jeans and cotton shirts well. Steam function works efficiently, on while horizontal, off when iron is resting vertically. Temperature setting is accurate, preventing burning of synthetic material. A common problem with electrical appliances is improper mains plug, causing arcing at the plug point. This one fits perfectly in a 5A socket, an important safety aspect.Excellent product.

Died in 3 years
Bought this just under 3 years ago. Has now failed. Water was already leaking a few months ago. They just don't make high quality irons anymore.

Good looking and handy
The product comes with a 15A pin. You will need a converter to use it with a 5A socket. I wish they had mentioned it in the specs

AS USUAL VERY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT. I HV BEEN USING PANASONIC STEAM IRON FOR MORE THAN 36 YEARS N IN THESE YEARS I HV CHANGED ONLY TWICE. THIRD PIECE IS STILL KN SERVICE
